I’m Alessandra Trancucci, founder of Amerigo HR Consulting, with more than ten years in HR. I spent eight years inside two Italian industrial leaders. First at Italy’s most iconic luxury sports car maker, recruiting engineering, manufacturing and supply chain talent for road cars and Formula 1. Then as Global HR Business Partner for a manufacturer of power transmission and automation systems, supporting teams in the United States, Europe, Asia and Australia. Since moving to the United States, I have partnered with European companies expanding into North America, on executive search, greenfield HR setup, organizational design, compensation benchmarking and onboarding for new and fast-growing operations.

Today, with Amerigo, I bring this experience to Italian and European companies building their North American teams.
